This isn't a dry legal brief; it’s a preliminary agreement between the creators of this site and the rest of the world. Our goal is to define our core concepts and the rules of our interaction.

Ten Key Points:

First. Status of the Project
Mini.Film is not a commercial corporation or a standalone legal entity. At this stage, the site serves as an online showcase for the work of several independent creators operating as self-employed professionals or sole proprietors.

Second. Communication and Subscription
The site publishes work and delivers updates via social media and our internal email newsletter. There is no user registration on the site. Subscribing to our newsletter is entirely voluntary and can be canceled at any time. Our approach to your data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Third. Basis for Cooperation
This Agreement serves as the foundation for further arrangements between a specific client and a creator, including written contracts where necessary. Pricing, deadlines, and other terms of engagement are negotiated on an individual basis.

Fourth. Creative Terminology
Terms such as "living photos," "animated cards," and "mini-films" are artistic expressions and should not be taken literally. We do not actually "bring anyone to life," nor do we create authentic documentary footage. Any resemblance between your images and the characters in the video is stylized and essentially incidental.

Fifth. Privacy and Consent
We do not publish media featuring you or your loved ones without explicit consent. For mini-films featuring your likeness, we use a separate formal consent document. For the use of your images within short "video quotes" (up to 6 seconds), consent may be granted via social media or email correspondence. Images of minors are only published with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Sixth. Purpose of Use
We use your images for one purpose only: to create a mini-film at your request. All images are used strictly for biographical, historical, or cultural purposes, showcasing the art of video collage. We have no other intentions for using your personal imagery.

Seventh. Data Retention and Third Parties
We do not store or share any media content (photos, videos, or texts) you provide during the production process with third parties. Once the final video file is delivered and accepted, we delete all source materials from our systems.

Eighth. Dispute Resolution
We resolve disagreements through patient and amicable negotiations. Valid concerns will be addressed immediately. Should a legal dispute arise, it will be handled in the jurisdiction of the defendant’s place of residence.

Nineth. Questions and Feedback
Frequently Asked Questions are addressed separately. Any additional questions, concerns, claims, or words of appreciation can be sent to 2026@mini.film or submitted through any method listed in our Contact section.

Tenth. Amendments and Acceptance
We may update our legal documents, notifying users via the Site and our newsletter. By subscribing to our email newsletter or making a payment (full or partial) for media production services, you accept the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you’re not ready to collaborate just yet, feel free to simply follow our journey on social media.
